What computer generated image formats can you read?
Our favorite is the jpg format. It is generic and can be saved/exported by just about every piece of software available. We can read all of the following formats: jpg, tif, gif, pcx, cdr, cpt, ai, eps, pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp. These are the most common formats, but if you have a format not listed here send it anyway we are pretty good at this.

Do I need to submit professional artwork?
As with the every part of the digitizing process, the better artwork, the better final product. All we really need is a relatively clear image with the color separations. If we are not sure what the image is we will call or provide an art proof for you to verify the image with us. For vector artwork, be sure to convert the fonts to curves or lines. Because we don't have every font available installed. If the fonts are not converted, we may see a different font and digitize the file incorrectly.

What format do you offer?
We can provide most format such as: EDD, DST, DSB, DSZ, EXP, CND, PAT, SAS, PLS, DP, DAT, CAP, KSM, SEW, JEF, HUS, PES, ESL, XXX, PCQ, CSB, EMT, etc.

What is your turn-around time?
We normal turnaround time is 24 hours. However if you would like to have your artwork digitized in 12 hours, we charge an additional US$10.00 per design.

What is the best way to send artwork?
The easiest way is to send an email with attached design file.

How do you ensure quality?
We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. This sample can be provided FREE of charge.

Can I buy a design that someone else ordered before?
No, we cannot sell you any design ordered by someone else.

Digitizing Process

We receive the Estimate Request.
We email back the Estimate with:
Price, Stitch count, Time needed for digitizing.
After we received your order, we will:
Digitize the design and sew it out,
Make any adjustment necessary.
Once the design is ready the image of,
Your design will be scanned and sent to you.
Simply complete the payment transaction,
We send the digitized file to you.
